Notes: I’m not sure how or when I stumbled upon Katie’s webcomic, SHRUB MONKEYS, but I do know that I enjoy it. I approached her about a DTB commission back in early January ’09. About a month later Katie had some time to start the commission and within the span of a couple of days I saw the pencil (see below) and digitally inked version of Starfire doing the Batusi.
